ChitChat Bingo was an early player in the now massive UK online bingo market. The site was originally launched in 2006 and by 2010 was in great need of a complete re-development.
We were appointed the project as part of our ongoing relationship with G2 (formerly St Minver) and tasked with:
The site had to be plugged into the G2 content management system and as a result we had to push that CMS further than what as thought possible to get where we wanted to with the site features. The site uses a large amount of real time data which had only previously been seen in the game/secure areas of the site and other sites on the network, also we made use of facebook plugins. Additionally we have created Facebook apps for the brand which pull content from the main CMS into ChitChat Bingo's Facebook page.
While actual data is sensitive and cannot be published at this time we can say that visitor response was encouraging with both signups and real money player conversions hitting an upward curve immediately after relaunch in April 2010. On an ongoing basis we keep this momentum going with a continuous turnover of onsite and external promotional messaging and marketing materials including display adverts, email creative, technical updates/maintenance and print.
When we needed to re-develop ChitChat Bingo, Yellow Digital was my first port of call. What they managed to achieve under the heavy constraints of our CMS left management across the business thinking 'How did they do that?'
As a result of their efforts our numbers performed well. They continue to be there for us at the drop of a hat and work tightly with us to continually improve our business, they're part of the team.
